House rules
- Self check-in is available from 4:00 PM using the secure key box.
- Check-out is before 10:00 AM to allow professional cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment.
- Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
- Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior approval.
- Please take care of the apartment, furniture and all equipment provided.
- Any damage or breakage should be reported as soon as possible so that we can resolve it quickly.
- Before checking out, please wash the dishes you have used or start the dishwasher if necessary.
- Please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins before leaving.
- Please return the keys to the key box when checking out.
- Bed linen and towels are provided and professionally laundered. Please do not remove them from the property.
- Bath towels are for indoor use only. Please bring your own towels for the beach.
- Before leaving, please switch off the lights, air conditioning, heating and electrical appliances.
- Forgotten belongings will be kept for a limited time. Any shipping costs will be the guest's responsibility.
