By booking a stay with Les Calanques de Martigues, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The reservation is valid only for the guests listed at the time of booking. Any change in the number of guests must be approved in advance.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must take place before 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.

Payment, cancellation policies and any applicable service fees are those specified on the booking platform or in your booking confirmation.

Guests agree to respect the property, the neighbourhood and the house rules. Any damage or misuse of the property may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

Parties, events, excessive noise, illegal activities and smoking inside the property are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

The owner cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings during their stay.

In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control that make the property unavailable, we will provide an appropriate solution or a refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
